Gotta give my man Patty-boy respect for sparkin a fire inside my head this summer. I've decided that I want to focus my thesis year on digital conceptual painting for possible movie, t.v. or even video game application. Now I just have to convince my profs to let me! It'll come down to my thesis instructor's (Paul Dallas) decision on whether or not I can persue this path for my fourth year, but I'm definitely going to push for it. This is my first go at it (we needed to do at least one example of what we want to work on next year over the summer) but I hope to get out a couple more before school starts. I'm kinda surprised this is the first Star Wars piece to show up on this blog, but I couldn't help it this time 'round. Matty K, eat your heart out!
